Jessica Alba: Since she was 12, she has been eating healthy so as not to follow in the foot steps of her overweight family. She always eats a balanced diet and keeps away from carbs. She only sticks to vegetables, lean meats, cottage cheese and egg whites and her snack is comprised of frozen yogurt and dried fruit.
Oprah: She also stays away from carbs such as rice, bread, potatoes and pasta. Regular exercise is also part of her celebrity diet plans and she always says that it is not easy. She also said that her only regret is letting years pass by while she controls her weight but look at her now and what she looked like before, she looks incredible!
Heidi Klum: She always looked gorgeous even if she is pregnant but looks even more stunning after giving birth. Every after giving birth, she always come back to the spotlight like nothing happened. What she did is to take pictures of herself every week to see her progress. This is a great idea as it will motivate you to work harder if you are not happy with what you see.
Angelina Jolie: She drinks lots and lots of water and has a strict protein-rich diet which consists of fish and lean meats. And for everyone, eating foods rich in protein is the best way to gain muscle and lose weight. She has also eaten crickets, bee larvae and cockroaches as part of a TV show and movies which are all excellent sources of protein. But not to worry, you do not have to eat one too.
Reese Witherspoon: She is able to control her calories by devouring baby food. Baby food are always nutritious and tasty and the best part is that you can eat it with your kids.
