Lift the weights slowly and lower it down slowly, do this in moderation and take a break when you feel you cannot lift it anymore and start with light weights.   5. Arm circles: This is the simplest exercise you can do to get rid of arm flab. Include this as part of your warm up exercises before doing intense workout.

If you have an injury that stops you from running on a harder surface, such as a sprained ankle or low back pain, water running can provide the workout you need, without further injuries. Water running is also a great recovery workout after you have completed an entire bike ride or a long run. If you do water running correctly, you can see as many advantages as running on land.

Some professionals say a flotation device such as a vest is needed when doing water workouts. This does assist in keeping the right form while working out in water. Waterproof heart monitor may also be needed and do it in a pool deep enough that your feet will not touch the floor. Remember that your heartbeat will slow down usually at 10-15 beats as compared to working out on land. This is caused by the buoyancy of water.

Most athletes perform water workouts as an important part of their workout regimen. There are two kinds of workouts that can offer great results. Next set consists of five intervals which are timed at 2 minutes each having the same easy running in between. Then the last set is three intervals timed at one minute each and 30 seconds in between. After performing a routine, take ten minutes to rest.

5. Mantra Yoga: Mantras are a group of words or phrases that are chanted sincerely with growing intention. The words or phrases are chanted until the superconscious is revealed. This is done to guide the mind back to the meditation since it is believed that the minds wanders so much.

6. Laya Yoga: Laya yoga meditation will require a teacher that will find the doorways to higher consciousness to certain parts of the body. These doorways are known as energy centers so for instance if you want to locate the heart center it is inside the spine which is directly at the back of the heart. Once these energy centers are found, you will enter into a world with sky blue light and find that you can easily love.

7. Tantra Yoga: The word Tantra means expansion. The Tantra meditation helps a person expand different levels of his consciousness until he reaches Supreme Reality. Devotees of this kind of yoga are focused on changing personal limitations and eliminating subconscious blockages.

8. Hatha Yoga: During the 20th century, Hatha yoga was used mainly for vitality and health. It is an excellent way to stretch the body and free the body so it will live longer and become a great instrument of the soul and mind. Devotees of this kind of yoga becomes more focused and clear-minded.
